DAY 1 : Start Healthy Self Talk

DAY 1:

Start Healthy Self-Talk

What do you think is the magician's favorite word?

Abracadabra, is a word of Aramaic origin, a sacred language ancestor of Hebrew. It says "What I speak is What I create"Here is proof that every word we use leads to our actions. That is why its impeccable use is the first and most important of the Toltecs Agreements. It is therefore important to remember that the magical power of words lies largely in their use and it is up to us to cast the right spells.

"That boy is fat" "That girl is dumb". The point here is not whether they are or not, but simply that he or she will in a long run accept the information.

This also applies to the words you use to speak to yourself. Everyone talks to each other, but not everyone uses the "right" words. The Four Agreements state "do not use words against yourself". However, we are constantly bombarded with "I'm ugly, I'm stupid" or the well-known "I'll never make it". These little words are obstacles to your happiness and fulfillment. They act as barriers and make you believe in an idea that is not necessarily true that you simply have self-imposed.

So, what can I do?

Start RECORDING YOURSELF or TALK TO YOURSELF FACING A MIRROR to talk about your feelings, your everyday life while using those tips :

Try to talk to yourself in a nice way. Because if you let your words mean your inner self, you              will let people use their own the same way you do,

Start to use  "I want" rather than "I must" is the first step into achieving your goals,

Change the "if I go" into "When I go".

These changes may seem trivial, but they are the basis for the tremendous power that positive words create. I want to, I can, I will, are three words used in psychological medicine that we should harness in our daily lives.
