Alone but not lonely


Stop comparing your journey with others: let's begin this today!

 

Society and social media make you feel that spending time alone is wrong. This is false. Indeed, you do not need to wait for people to be happy because being ALONE is completely different than feeling LONELY. Indeed, you sometimes feel more lonely surrounded by a bunch of people than on your own. Being on your own helps you reach the person you want to be and allow you to focus on loving yourself. I know that sometimes going out by ourselves is scary but it’s a good way to fall in love with simply being you. If you feel yourself by your side will come confidence among others. Being alone is a good way to experience and find what you really like and not what everyone expects you to do.



Here is an easy self-growth formula :  


  1. Something for your mind/soul


Get yourself preoccupied with something that makes you feel alive and fulfilled. Stop keeping yourself “busy with meaningless tasks”, face the things you’re unhappy about.  Instead, invest time doing hobbies or discovering new interests. Curiosity is not childish. 


  1. Something for your body 


yoga, walking, or going to the gym anything that could help you release what’s on your mind. You are not obligated to become a sports animal, but keep your body as busy as your mind to find a healthy balance.

    Take you on a date 


    Buy yourself flowers
